Pacific Alpha Securities is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (CE No.: BHR807) for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities, with the regulatory authority to hold client assets and provide integrated custody and settlement services.
The firm is also an approved overseas participant in the China Interbank Bond Market under the People's Bank of China.
