Pacific Alpha Securities Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby issues this urgent reminder to all investors.
Recently, the Company has identified fraudulent websites and mobile applications impersonating the Company's former names. These unauthorized platforms are operating under the names "WESHINE" and "偉享證券" (Weshine Securities) to solicit investments and induce capital transfers/deposits into unauthorized bank accounts. To safeguard the legal rights and interests of investors, the Company hereby issues the following cautionary statement:
1. Verification of Official Website
The only official website associated with the Company’s former names is: www.weshinesec.com. This URL is the sole official platform corresponding to the Company’s previous names, including "Weshine Securities", "偉享證券", and "同輝證券".
2. Regulatory Verification
The Company’s official website address has been formally registered and disclosed on the website of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. You may verify this information via the following link: http://apps.sfc.hk/publicregWeb/corp/BHR807/addresses.
3. Scope of Services & Communication Policy
Our wealth management services are exclusively tailored for institutional investors and specific individual investors. The Company does not solicit or contact unknown individual investors via instant messaging apps, SMS, or social media platforms, nor do we induce investors to download apps for fund deposits. There is no actual control, affiliation, agency, or cooperation between the Company and any other third-party websites or apps. Please exercise extreme caution before downloading any such applications. If you suspect criminal activity, please collect relevant evidence and report the matter to your local law enforcement authorities immediately.
4. Taiwan Market Clarification
The Company does not currently conduct any brokerage business in the Taiwan securities market, nor do we have any actual control, affiliation, agency, or cooperation with any entity regarding Taiwan market brokerage services.
5. Verification and Reporting Channels
Investors may verify identities or consult on business matters by emailing service@pachk.com, or by visiting any of our offices listed on our official website. We also encourage the reporting of any suspicious or counterfeit websites through these channels.
6. Formal Warning & Legal Reservation
The Company solemnly reminds all investors: Please remain highly vigilant. Protect your legal rights and interests by strictly avoiding any investment via counterfeit websites. Do not disclose personal information or transfer funds to unauthorized parties. The Company strongly condemns these illegal activities that infringe upon our reputation and deceive investors. We reserve all rights to pursue further legal action against the perpetrators.

近日，本公司發現網絡上有假冒本公司曾用名的網站及 App 等，並以「WESHINE」、「偉享證券」名義進行疑似誘導投資者向不法分子提供的銀行賬戶轉賬充值，詐騙投資者資金等詐騙活動的行為。為切實保障投資者合法權益，本公司特此發布如下提示性聲明：
一、本公司曾用名唯一官方網址為：www.weshinesec.com，該網址的唯一性適用於本公司曾用名「Weshine Securities」、「偉享證券」、「同輝證券」。
二、本公司唯一官方網址已於香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會網站公告，閣下可透過以下鏈接獲得檢索：http://apps.sfc.hk/publicregWeb/corp/BHR807/addresses 。
三、本公司的財富管理服務面向機構投資者、特定個人投資者，我們不會通過聊天程式、短信或社交應用程式征求或聯繫陌生個人投資者，或誘使投資者下載App存入資金。本公司與其他網站及App之間無任何實際控製、關聯、委托代理和合作等關聯。請閣下在下載該等App前慎重辨別。一旦發現該App涉及違法犯罪行徑，敬請投資者及時收集相關證據，盡快向屬地司法機關報案。
四、本公司目前沒有開展任何台灣證券市場經紀業務，亦無任何實際控製、關聯、委托代理和合作台灣市場證券經紀的關聯。
